Return and Exchange Policy

We stand behind everything that we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns on products that are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Returns are not accepted for clearance products (Any purchase at or over 25% off), used products, or products that have been damaged by the customer.

Opening a Return Request

To open a return request, please contact our returns department via email at service@greatlakesoutpost.com or call (616) 777-5681. Great Lakes Outpost will provide a return label for you to send the item back. Please include a note in the package indicating your name and order number so that we can process your return quickly and accurately.

Refunds

Once we have received the item(s) back to our facility, we will assess them to make sure that the return is covered under our free returns policy. If the return qualifies, we will process the refund to your original payment method. You should expect to see the refund to your card within 3-5 business days. In the event that we are unable to refund your original payment method (closed account, credit card no longer valid, etc.), we will instead issue a store credit for the amount of the item(s).

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to open a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the product you wish to exchange for. Immediately placing a new order ensures that the new product will ship quickly and not be at risk of going out of stock while you wait for an exchange. Out of Policy Returns

In the event that your return does not comply with our returns policy, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed. Possible resolutions may include, but are not limited to, restocking fees, returning the product to you at your expense, or disposal of the product.
